  I used Jason and his company "Armour roof and dek" to install a new roof on my home in late March of 2022. The work that his crew did wasn't necessarily bad, but the buisness side of the transaction was terrible, time consuming, and stressful. I tried my best to get a receipt from him which took some time to get after the work was done, then the fortification process took longer than expected because he wouldn't send the documentation needed by the fortification company so they could begin the process of submitting fortification paperwork, and also I could not get him to email me or my insurance company any pictures of my roof damage in order to receive any extra money on my insurance claim. If that isn't enough, it's been weeks after the roof was completed and he still will not come to get the rest of his roofing supplies out of my yard, so he's basically using my yard as a storage unit for his roofing supplies that I have no use for. My most recent phone call with him consisted of me pleading with him to give me the documentation I needed and to get his materials out of my yard and him basically saying he was on vacation for a couple of days. This business has terrible business practices in regards to completing a transaction and overall professionalism.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF POSSIBLE! Jason seems to schedule more jobs than he can effectively handle and he seems to be done with the process as soon as the physical portion of the work is done. Good luck getting any documentation or anything out of him after the work is done. YMMV, but I've already filed a complaint with the BBB and I've read other complaints on their website that were similar to mine. I'm sure there are other roofing companies out there that are more efficient and professional in regards to the whole process.

  Armour Roof and Dek installed a new roof on my home. The roof had all kinds of issues and they addressed each one perfectly. The roof wasn't covered with decking; it was made with 1x6 planks, and they taped every seam. They replaced rotted wood, installed ridge venting, removed old turbines and filled the holes. My house had no soffit vents and they installed 14. They did all this in 1.5 days and left my yard clean. I now have a fortified roof that is saving me $600/yr on my HO's insurance, and I was able to finance with very little money down. Mike even fixed a minor leak in my separate garage out of the goodness of his heart. They were complete professionals throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with Mike Young and their entire crew. I would highly recommend AR&D to anyone thinking about a new roof.

  Mike, Jason and their crew did an amazing job on our roof. Completely removed old roof and replaced new one. They did a great job on cleaning up afterwards. They were very professional and courteous to me and my family. They came in and got the roof done quickly and it looks great. If anyone is looking for a great team to replace there roof contact Armour Roof and Dek.
