  Called on a Thursday and left message, they called me the next day and told me they would come out Monday or Tuesday. It's been a week and a half and haven't heard a word from them. Not very good customer service experience.

  Worked with Dave from Armour Roofing a few years back when a storm blew off part of our roof. He worked with us and our insurance company to get our roof completely replaced and upgraded to a metal roof. Process and replacement was flawless and has held up perfectly. We have not had to call them back for anything. They were very professional and left no mess or damaged landscaping around the house.
