  We contracted with Arko to update sidings and windows. It took several months for the windows to be arrive. Understandable given the shortage in production from pandemic, however the estimated timeframe we were given was delayed multiple times which was frustrating. Once their work started, it turned out that one of the windows was completely wrong size so they had to reorder it. Communication with Project Manager was challenging. Sometimes took over a week and second text or call to get hold of him. Project Manager was rarely on site to oversee the work. I'm guessing they subcontract out their work. The work they did to replace the windows and back garage door was poor quality as you can see in the pictures. They would 'resend' the same workers to 'correct' the issues but after 2 attempts to fix the poor quality of work, it's not worth the hassle to keep having them come out. For sidings work- they did an okay job but in hindsight I see Arko is overpriced for sidings. Just want to give an accurate review so others can avoid the headache we went through.

  Don't use arko exteriors, unprofessional poor workmanship and will not complete job in timely manner. Had arko do a roof and siding after storm damage on my house, the project took a year to complete on a 1977 cookie cutter house. We ended up doing 80% of the cleanup, called to get final inspections since they didn't pass multiple times, they backed out of work that they said they'd do since in the end they didn't have papers signed for additional work ( I would've been happy to sign). Ruined gutter leaf guards and window screens and didn't replace, charged extra, poor communication. Siding falls off the house for months after they're done, roof has nails showing and ripped shingles. The list goes on and on. Just trying to save anyone the troubles of using a company that I really can't say anything good about. Many pictures to back up statements and more than happy to share them

  As you can see by our overwhelming amount of 5 star Google reviews, this customer's review is a rare exception. We always strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this case, all work has been completed, permits have passed and are closed, and all issues that the homeowner brought to our attention were addressed in a timely manner. Not only has the homeowner been paid in full from their insurance company, but we have also credited the homeowner back for the issues they were specifically concerned about. It should be noted that they have not yet paid us for the work that was completed.

  I had Had arko for some storm damage I had. They did my roof and some siding. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Paul, my project manager was great and made it incredibly easy from the first day. He dealt with my insurance company who had to come back out twice and didn't want to cover the roof initially. I did practically nothing, he's awesome! Very responsive no matter the time. They did the roof in one day and it looks great, as does the siding!
