extremely professional performance! I dealt with a flood 6 months ago and went with the "other guys" and the experience was horrible compared to this! very friendly and even came at night to check on the progress! very highly satisfied and highly recommended to anyone that needs their services! I hope to not need their services again but if I do I will request them in a heartbeat! thank you so much for the great job and professionalism your team showed!

I had water damage and mold. Al and his crew pulled back the carpet & pad and dried the slab and replaced the pad with new. They replaced drywall that had mold on it. They treated all the ductwork and the heat & air unit. The price they quoted was firm, without them knowing whether it was black mold or not. The mold test proved I had the friendly type mold that comes from outside and wasn't dangerous. They dried everything out and did the repairs in only 3 days. I was expecting it to take a week. For the work they did I felt the price was fair. The peace of mind of knowing the work was done by professionals made the price worth it. I'd definitely recommend them. Dianne Blaine

Almost got ran over at the post office from one of your trucks this morning. I made I contact with the driver, to make sure he saw me, before crossing the street. Right before I passed in front of him he put his truck in gear and proceeded to drive off. I was 2 feet from him and he almost hit me! Maybe you should train your drivers to have some integrity!!

Refused to give a ball-park quote before starting service. Said they had 12 other people willing to pay and they'd get to us when they were done with them. We're willing to pay, just want a ballpark of what we're paying. We'll go elsewhere.

Hi TJ, we’re sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with someone. There is a restoration company servicing the Little Rock area that is using a name similar to ours. We service Pope, Johnson, Conway and Yell counties. Our company, Arkansas Restoration Services, Inc., would never ask for payment as a condition for anyone from our company coming to look at the damage or perform a job. We cannot give you a ballpark estimate over the phone without seeing the damage. We need moisture meters and infrared cameras to track the level of water involvement. If there were already 12 people lined up for service, you  would be lucky 13, as we do not juggle customers or play favorites. The only exception is that all insurance program jobs go to the top of the list. We would like to know the day/time that you called and who you spoke to, if you remember, so that we can follow up with the individual. Please give us a call and ask for Al. I would be happy to come to your home to ensure your remediation efforts were successful. There would be no charge for this. Again, I am sorry you had a bad telephone operator on the day of the “big flood”.

Called 3 times to get someone to come out to do an estimate pin the work we need done. One person called me back - once - did not show up, did not call to say they weren't coming. Good luck getting them to help.

Hi Brenda, We did receive a note you called us on Aug. 28. At that time we were still very busy from the flooding that occurred 1 ½ weeks prior. We spoke with you on Aug. 31 and you said you would not be available until after 3:30 p.m. We called you back to come look at your house but you said you had a band function you had to go to. You did say you would be available around 1 p.m. the next day (Sept. 1) and we told you we would call if we could come out at that time. However, being a 24/7 emergency services business, we were not available at 1 p.m. on Friday.  We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. We did try calling you the next week and left a message but never received a call back.  We would be more than happy to schedule a time that would work for the both of us if you would like. Hard to  get ahold of for staying so busy, and don't get in any hurry to get the job done. So you  know it's done right the first time! Unlike others who rush so they can move on.. real down to earth. Would definitely recommend, and call again 😀.. duane was always making sure we were happy with the work! Thanks guys for everything....
