      I am a realtor and my buyers needed some dry rotted wood work done ✔️ before close of escrow. The other contractor I had scheduled flaked last minute and David and his team came in and got the job done! David Jenkins was wonderful to work with! He made everything easy and communicated well with the buyers, his crew, me, and the listing agent. I have to say that he probably saved the deal since that was so important for our timeline to get it done on time!
