Arco is subpar to say the least. My condo association contracted them to fix our aging roof in 2017 and there were many problems. Firstly, they damaged my air conditioner, and I had to call a repairman to get it fixed. Additionally, they failed to properly set up temporary roofing structure while they were working on the roof. As a result residents experienced water damage to their units. When residents do raise issues they don't respond in a timely manner. I do not recommend.

Jon, it is our company policy to address all issues reported by clients immediately. If our team damages your AC, we are responsible, and we fix or pay for the damage. The best way to communicate issues is always through the condominium association or building owner, who commissioned our company to do the work. Reporting problems to a random employee on the construction site may not climb up the command chain quickly enough and create frustration, and for that, we are truly sorry.

STAY AWAY! The most unprofessional sub contractor I have ever come across. They will consistently "no call, no show" and upcharge their work with no clear communication. You can certainly do better elsewhere.

Nearly ran off the road by one of their trucks and rather than a "sorry I didn't see you there wave" I get flipped off. Definitely not the type of people I can trust working on my property without being there, let alone to do quality work with that "me first" attitude
