  I called ARC Roofing based on their reviews which were excellent. I called on a Monday Morning and got a response within 24 hours. The voicemail recording was for Jason but Christopher returned my call. They sent someone that same evening. Being I was calling for my father he received the gentleman, saw the damage and took the insurance information they requested. One week later I have not received a call back with an estimate or any call whatsoever. I called back to see if I could find out what the status was but still no response. We understand we are not the only ones needing work but a courtesy call would be nice letting us know they chose not do the job for whatever reason. Not very impressed with their customer service. From their reviews they do excellent work but unfortunately we didn't get the same courtesy. Call at your own risk knowing you might not get results.

  Priscilla, we have been working with your dad Arnulfo which it is his house. Believe there is a miscommunication between you and your father. We had an Estimate given to your dad in 2 days over the phone with David who went out there that evening your call was made. Our estimator showed up the same day your fathers call came in. The estimate can take several days as we have to wait on suppliers to contact us back with costs on material. It was 4,600.00. He said he would get back to us, but we have not heard back from him. We would love to start your job. We can go ahead and push your father up to this week if you like. Really appreciate if you take down the one star as we did get back to your family in several days and showed up the same day you called. DM at 915-996-2018 on my cell if I can help you out even quicker. I believe you are in Real Estate. We can also help you there as well doing 5 Roof Warranty's for new home owner. When Can I meet with over this review as it is wrong.

  Jason pretty much saved me !!!$11,000!!! after I had asked for a second opinion and his professional inspection of my roof. He didn't even charge me for the inspection and he repaired the leak in my roof at no cost! I am just so thankful for him and that there is someone like him who is looking out for homeowners. Thank you so much! Highly recommend them!

  Arc came out. Found hail damage that other roofers did not find. Meet with Allstate, and i wouldn't believe it. Full roof replacement when I had been denied twice before. Not only did they upgrade my roof. They also got the insurance to pay for insulating roof. And a 20 year manufacturer warranty on my flat roof. ARC is the best roofing company ever. No money out of pocket and Iam saving about 40 percent on power bill. I wish i could give them 10 Stars.
