  Very good. Scott provided pictures of problem areas during inspection and was able to provide alternative plans and time tables based on those issues. I have never gone through this process and he was very helpful in assisting me through the various stages to get this task resolved from start to finish.

  We have a 15 year old house and the roof was showing signs of wear. We were curious about potential wind and storm damage, and requested a visit from ARAC Roof It Forward. They were fantastic! They were proactive in assessing wind and hail damage, contacted our home insurance claims on our behalf, and arranged to be on site when the insurance adjuster reviewed the roof. They followed through on scheduling, earlier than expected. They removed the old roof and completed replacing it in a single day, with an extremely hard-working crew. And, they followed up to answer any questions and make sure everything was finished properly. CJ Clumb combined a great blend of information, answering questions, proactive attention, space to make decisions, and follow-up - both before, during and after the job - he is both highly professional and personal. Highly recommend them!
