Wow what a beautiful roof job y’all did. I was extremely satisfied with the job from the estimate to the completion of job. Great employees to very nice and respectful. When I deal with a business, I demand honesty first, professionalism next, and finally a good price.  Approved Roofing delivers on all three.
Having already dealt with a dishonest...roofing company who wanted to cheat the insurance company with false "wind-damage" claims, I was understandably nervous about the whole process.
Jim came out, went up on the roof, listened to our concerns and gave us an amazingly fair quote.  His crew came out and within two days, our home was reroofed.  No nails or debris left on our property.  One of the foremen, John, found some old plywood that was improperly fitted by the original roofer...and fixed it to proper standards.  John and the rest of the crew were amazing workers.  Polite, professional, fast and thorough.
Our roof looks amazing and we will now save over 30% on our insurance!  This company restores my faith that there are still some businesses out there that are professional and treat their customers fairly.   I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I received bids from 5 companies and Glen, the salesman from Approved Roofing was by far the most knowledgeable and straightforward. I was told it would be March before the job could begin due to ordering time and their workload. Approved does not subcontract work; they use their own crews. In mid-February (more than two weeks earlier than estimated), I was informed by Ray, the job supervisor, that they were ready to proceed. He gave me dates on when the tear-off & prep would be completed, when cement tile would be delivered, and when application of the tile would proceed. Everything went exactly as Ray said it would and the guys they sent were excellent---hard-working, good-natured, and a pleasure to interact with. Everything was done correctly with the best Miami-Dade approved materials and fasteners. Tarps caught any debris and were taken up each night and the perimeters and driveway cleaned. The applicator they sent was an excellent craftsman. He and his assistants worked continuously and they were very precise and efficient. The best part was their cement work---they matched the exact color of the tile, mixed the custom color onsite, and the careful finishing prompted several neighbors to come over and compliment the superior final result. The job was done to my complete satisfaction and I am now recommending Approved Roofing to anyone who needs roofing services (especially tile roofs). You may need to wait a bit, but it will be well worth it ("if you want a job done well, select a tradesman with a long waiting list")!

I called for an estimate guy came out showed him everything that need to be replaced.left nothing out asked question, he answered all of the before he wrote me A estimate, it was good for a year, when i was ready for the roof to be replaced I contacted the guy that gave me the estimate months later He agreed to honor his estimate. I was happy for that, Upon the begining of this project he came out and began to add on extra things like hard ware and plywood and any other thing he could come up with, now this 14,000 doller jobs shoots up to almost 18 thousand dollers. I was upset in the price change went back and forward with the one who gave the estimate, all this is after he started on the roof, when the roof was finished wasntcat all pleased with some of his craftsmanship, such as boards not cut the correct parameters, placing facial boards on support beams termited up instead of replacing them, soffits he wanted the homeowner to replace ourselves, took down flood lights left hanging still connected to the old wood, Hot wss wires left hanging  all up under the carport and the wood he would tell me if it was treated for termites or any other insects. I must add that for a flat roof on apartments we owned he had done for us a few years before  cost 10,000 very small apartments by todays standard were built back in the 60's was a bit pricey but he did a good job was the reason he was used for repairs to the roof I reside in now. I must say wasn't  happy with the workmanship and price gauging at all, felt like my elderly parents were being taken advantage of. In the end was the worst experience we encountered ever and these are my facts.

The crew from Approved Roofing was outstanding.  They knew what they were doing and they worked without complaining in a steady state fashion.  I was also impressed because they cleaned up as they worked which takes a conscious effort on a roofing job.  Not only was the work well done but the price was thousands less than other quotes.  But what really helped me save money was that I worked with my own helper doing a large amount of the carpentry repairs.  My home is an old home and the roof needed a lot of carpentry repairs.  This company allowed me to work simultaneous with the crew thereby saving me about $1000 in repair labor.  Thanks for a job well done.

Approved Roofing has been excellent to work with from sales to service on our condominium roofing project.  We are very happy with their work and they follow through on all promises and report to us daily with an update.  RAY & GLENN and Susan too have been very professional and great to work with.

I just had my roof done and I am very pleased with the experience.  I was told they would be here at 8 a.m. and that's when they arrived. The guys were very friendly and explained everything I asked them about the job. When they were done with my roof they went over the yard with a magnet to make sure no nails were accidentally dropped. They cleaned as they went which was impressive. I highly recommend this company.

I asked for bids from four local (Bradenton/Sarasota) roofing companies for my residence.  I wanted a high quality product (CertainTeed shingles) and needed work to begin as quickly as possible.  Approved Roofing's appraisal (which included allowing for some wood and fascia repair) came in almost $2k below their competition (three estimates).  Not only that, the next-best price came from a business that wanted to start out 6 to 8 weeks.  Approved started in 12 days.  They were friendly and did a nice job of cleaning up every day.  I have no qualms about recommending them.

Approved Roofing was on time, courteous, and very honest.  They followed up on details and cleaned up after the installation was complete.  I would highly recommend their services.
