  Great company to work with. My insurance company only wanted to cover a very small amount of my roof damage. Thanks to the team at Apex they covered the whole replacement less my deductible. The roofers were quick and very clean, they are some of the hardest workers I have seen. I’m in the construction industry myself so I know how things operate and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Apex roofing and restoration.

  Reading the reviews, and after having my mom being taken advantage of, I had to leave a review. First, If you look at the before and after pictures, the roof looks great! Like others have mentioned, Apex contacted my mom and informed her that she can work with her insurance company to get a new roof and solar panels to be covered by the insurance. It sounded too good to be true, mostly because she didn’t contact them but they reached out to her, but I gave her the advice to not give them any money and to have the insurance be responsible for payment. The whole process took a while but we’re still in a pandemic, I’m sure the process took time to get approved, gets parts, etc. Apex let my mom pick the shingles and again, it looked great. My mom has since put her house on the market and sold it. When the house was inspected, is when the issues with Apex began and why there is 1 star review. Manatee County inspected the roof once finished and notated on the report an area of the roof as dry (not shared with my mom at that time). When the buyers had their inspection done, there was dry rot notated and issues with the shingles (pictures attached) which would have the new owners with a leaky roof. After much back and forth, Apex would not fix it because “ Manatee County passed the inspection” and my elderly widowed mom had to hire another company to fix it (report attached) to the tune of $2000.

  Apex contacted us as a result of an extreme wind event. Our insurance did not think to check on us at all. Cory came to our house and inspected the roof, then he helped us make our insurance come and inspect our roof. Turned out we had extensive damage that needed a complete roofing installation. without Apex we would have been open to leaking and mold development. The work was very efficient, timely. they even installed new gutters. We would highly recommend Apex if know you need a new roof. Maybe more importantly if you don't know, as the inspection will give you guidance that you won't get from your insurance company. Thank you Apex!
