The entire experience with Patrick Davidson and Apex Roofing was the best it could possibly have been. We were pleased with every interaction we had, whether by phone, e-mail, text or in person. Patrick's price was competitive, the quality of work outstanding and the conduct of his crew was commendable. A big shout-out to Sergio and Patrick's son who provided on-site leadership. Clean up was extraordinary as well. Also, Sergio had to come back to install some gable vents since there was a delay in the supply chain. "Where honesty and integrity is paramount" is their motto and they lived up to it. Go with this company, you'll be glad you did. So thankful we took our neighbor's advice and went with them.

Our experience with Apex Roofing was seamless! They answered every question we had and reassured us during the entire process. They were very thorough and explained everything since it was our first time getting a new roof. We were in great hands and couldn’t recommend this company enough! It’s hard to find companies with great integrity and trustworthy like them. This company exceeded our expectations! We will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

I hate to write a negative review, but felt I should share my experience so that other prospective customers are aware of what to watch for with Apex (and perhaps other contractors). Had a leak in my roof and contacted Apex along with two other contractors for quote. This was early October. Pat (Apex owner) came out to quote on short notice (good). Apex had the most competitive quote (good) and the median expected lead time (6-8 weeks) to start the job. So the job should have been completed in November. It is worth noting that the other two contractors did very thorough roof and attic inspections when they came out. Apex did not and quoted from the yard and based on my verbal description (somewhat questionable). They were the first contractor out and it was raining, so I didn’t think much of it at the time. It is now January 7th (3 months after first awarding Apex the business) and the work has still not been performed. Recall: I still have an active leak in my roof. After not hearing from them for a month (and with a Christmas estimated completion date having come and gone), I had to contact Pat to get an update. He advised me that he was short on crew due to unanticipated factors and would not be able to perform the work in the immediate future. This company may do excellent work (I won’t have a chance to find out), but not hearing from them for over a month only to find out the work would be further delayed is poor customer service. It would have taken 5 minutes for Apex to call or write me with an update on this situation. My advise if you are considering using Apex (and possibly other roofers) is to stay actively engaged with them to insure your job gets scheduled and doesn’t keep slipping without you knowing about it. I am now forced to find another contractor 3 months after the fact.I bare some blame for not more actively advocating/pushing to get my job scheduled and completed and trusting Apex to make my job a priority.
