  Having Felix Moreno inspect our newly purchased home was both an educational and insightful experience. As an added bonus, he has a great sense of humor to make home inspecting an exhilarating experience for his clients. I was very impressed with how thorough and detail-oriented he was, and even took the time to note minor cosmetic issues in the inspection report. Felix was extremely patient and answered any questions that my fiancee, father, and I had. And believe me, we had A LOT of questions. When looking for a home inspector, look no further than Apex Home Inspection LLC.

  I was in a bind and needed a home inspector with zero notice. I called Apex and got in touch with Felix. He said he could be there in 30 minutes! He arrived and proceeded to complete an extremely thorough inspection of our stand-alone home. Felix walked me through what he was looking at, pointed out areas of concern, and gave me tips on what changes to make. The report he provided was well detailed and he happily answered follow-on questions via email. Top notch customer service—thanks Felix!

  Hello. This is the first review that I have ever taken the time to write. Felix and Apex Inspectors were simply outstanding. During the course of the last 30 years, I have had no less than 10 home inspections done for various purposes. Felix and Apex were by far the best inspection service we have ever experienced. Felix is a studied expert; he knows his house systems cold. He is extremely detailed - he checks every screw, every nook and cranny and every inch of the house. You may decide to not use all the defects that Felix finds in your negotiation for the purchase of your home; but I guarantee that you will know exactly what the condition of the home is that you inspected with Apex. Felix teaches as he works. If you take the time to be present during the inspection; you will receive an in-depth primer on the all the working systems of your home. Felix's documentation of his report is within hours, it is impressive and it is complete - again, as good as it gets. With Felix and Apex one has a continuing relationship; Felix is a phone call away for advice - something that we have already utilized post inspection. Felix provides an updated reference list of qualified contractors to help you take care of your home. One final point that I thought was particularly impressive; we bought our home from a Builder/Seller - one of the best with 30 years of construction experience. Felix completely held his own in several tough conversations that we had to have with Felix and the Builder to ensure we rectified several problems with respect to our home/investment. I could not more highly recommend any Inspector than Felix and Apex.
