Apex Roofing did an amazing job and walked us through the entire insurance process. We were having issues getting anyone to come out to our home to help us after Ida and they came within 24 hours of calling. They looked at our roof and worked directly with our insurance company (who was less than cooperative). Very happy.

Just going to let these pictures speak for themselves. I keep trying to get in touch with these guys and they don't answer. Their roof crew repaired our roof after Laura and they had an construction crew work on  the inside of the house. Now I'm left with uneven floors and a 1.5 inch gap all around my roof.

They were very friendly and responded immediately when I needed my roof tarp put on the day after Ida passed. They were super quick and came through water to get there the very next day. And answered all of my questions and all text messages quickly. Good people

So far so great.  Tyler came out to setup some work at my sister in law's and she called saying he was next door if I wanted him to come by.  He came by and setup an appointment to tarp the house either same day or next morning.  Well it was raining, and I didn't expect to see them, but I got a text that they were on the way.  Sure enough, they got it done.  you have to love a company that keeps their word.

We had a small interior roof leak. Tyler came out and inspected our roof, tarped part of the roof where the leak was and within 2 weeks or so we had a new roof. Tyler handled all the insurance stuff it was hassle free. His crew was very courteous and professional and they did not leave any mess. We are super pleased with the whole process and Love our new roof. I would recommend Tyler and Apex roofing to all of my Family and Friends. Thank You for the new roof. My Wife and I really appreciate how it all worked out.

Apex did a great job, from start to finish.
I wasn't sure that they'd be able to get my roof replacement approved, but they took care of everything with the adjuster and the insurance company.  It was hassle free.
The removal, roof replacement, and clean up were all done in a day, and it changed the entire look of my house.
I wish I had before and after pics to share.   They did a great  job, and I couldn't be happier!

From start to finish Apex keeps their word and does quality work. I’ve been in real estate and new construction industry for years so I know the importance of only using quality contractors - these guys are top of our list!

Was not able to put anything lower than one star. Three of the four roofs that were installed by Apex have to be repaired to stop leaks. I was lied to multiple times about windows being ordered only to find out that they never were. They installed Sidding that didn’t match. I was billed inflated cost for work. I was one of the first repairs they started and after 5 months I only had gutted rooms and lots of lies about why they were not working on my buildings. Jordan missed multiple appointments to meet with me. They took on way more work then they could handle. Be cautious about giving them money upfront in advance. I finally got tired of the lies and fired them.

If you’re looking for a company to replace your roof, look no further. Apex just finished up my roof replacement and I am extremely happy with the results.

I knew my roof was getting up in age when I bought my house. A few recent storms resulted in leaks so figured it was time to get an inspection done. I was a little worried about how things were going to go because I have solar panels on my house.

Tyler Mellenthin of Apex came to my house and performed a free inspection. He was very knowledgeable and was able to identify hail and wind damage and told me there was a good chance my insurance would cover the replacement. I was concerned about having to deal with my insurance and file a claim but Tyler handled everything. Before I knew it, an insurance adjuster was on my roof and Tyler was with him every step of the way showing him the damage he found.

The insurance company ultimately approved a full roof replacement - including removal and re-installation of the solar panels. In just a few weeks I had a check in hand. I know for a fact that would have taken much longer if it wasn’t for Tyler’s efforts.

After the insurance approval, Tyler lined up everything. He even worked it out so that my solar panels got washed prior to re-installation. He always responded to my calls and messages - even in the aftermath of two massive hurricanes that hit Louisiana while he and the Apex crew were tarping roofs for people in need for free!

The first step of my build was to remove the solar panels. He sub-contracted a very professional and experienced solar crew to crew to handle that job. When build day came, the Apex crew was professional and efficient. They finished 80 percent of the roof in one day and finished up the remainder the next morning. I have a big roof so this was impressive! Tyler and his co-worker Zaccary Waterman checked in on their progress and made sure everything was going smooth and also followed up with me to make sure I was happy. The crew cleaned up after the job was done and left no trace.

After the build was complete, the solar panel crew came back and reinstalled the panels. They even fixed some pre-existing wiring issues and replaced some damaged connections. Not only are my panels clean, but they are now providing more electricity than they were before!

My experience with Apex from start to finish was nothing short of five stars and professional. I was lucky to not have to deal major damage as a result of a hurricane, but if I did, I would not hesitate to contact Tyler and Apex in my time of need. Highly recommend. See below pictures for results.
