  This company isn’t local to the Traverse City area, whenever you call you’re directed to someone in Muskegon that has to relay a message to someone else. The gentlemen who came out to assess our water damage low balled the repairs, so now we’re having to jump through hoops with our insurance claims adjuster to get the correct work done. We’ve sent numerous follow up emails and questions over a few weeks time, yet nobody’s responded to anything. Do not use this company if you want your home repaired in a timely professional manner.
