  I was referred to this company by some friends who had their roof replaced with them. A company I heard had done several jobs in our neighborhood. I was feeling optimistic, BUT when I called them, I felt I had the wrong number. The call was answered by a female, who didn't acknowledge the company. I wasn't sure who I had called. VERY unprofessional!!! But after talking with her, it was the roofing company and I made arrangements to have them come out and give me a bid. Two weeks went by and not a call back!! So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them back. And when I called back, the call was answered by that same woman. She said she'd look into it and get back to me, but nothing, NO CALL BACK! Guess they are too busy and don't want any more business! I will let all my friend and neighbors know who live in San Jose and other surrounding areas. This company should get a Big fat ZERO!!!!
