  My neighbor and I had bids from 6 or 7 different roofing companies. This company was neither the least nor most expensive. Their proposal offered the best value in terms of materials used and long term guarantees. The company itself has been around a long time and uses their own crews. Asking for no money down until the project was completed was another positive factor. The materials were delivered and extra caution was taken to prevent any damage to driveway and vegetation. The crews were very efficient and courteous and cleaned up on a daily basis. When project was finished the final cleanup was very well done. Several small issues were noticed after the fact and they were all promptly evaluated and attended to. The finished product I rate as a 10 on a scale of 1-10. No complaints. The office personnel were also very courteous and responsive to any request. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing a complete tile roof replacement.

  Anthony C Leonard Roofing was very professional, delivered on time (I had a 30 day window to get my roof replaced before my insurance would cancel me and they got it done a week later and in 2 days). Their team worked hard and was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend.

  Made an appointment for an estimate to clean the roof which hadn't been done in years. Price seemed fair. I probably could have hunted around for a handyman but its an older tile roof and I didn't want to risk thousands to save a couple dollars. They came when they said they would and did a great job. Cleaned up anything that got on the gutters and house too. I'd recommend them.
