  I recommend Anderson Roofing and Exteriors LLC for anyone looking for roof repairs. I called at least 7 roof repair companies in the Lancaster area and Anderson Roofing were the only one that returned my call and took action to schedule a diagnostic visit and shortly after a repair. Their communication was consistent and timely, the repair work they did was exceptional, and they did said work for a reasonable cost. Where other contractors failed to spot the root issue and simply patched the problem with a “band aid” solution, Don identified and fixed the problem within days. I’m so grateful I was referred to them by a friend, or else my bathroom window might still be leaking from the damage in my roof. Save yourself the pressured stress of researching a roof repair company when you need them most, and just reach out to to these guys - you won’t be sorry!

  I called Don about three months ago in regard to a roof leak. Don came over and made what he believed to be a successful repair, but unfortunately it didn't work. Over the past month or so, Don has promised and then failed to come over four separate times (“I got tied up” I was sick” “I forgot”, etc.) I was initially happy to have found what appeared to be a competent, congenial roofer, but now I feel like I’ve been had. I suggest looking elsewhere for your roof repair needs, as I am doing right now.

  We're sorry that you were disappointed with our service. Unfortunately, repairs are not guaranteed to work the first time since it is impossible to know exactly what is going on inside older buildings. Sometimes it does take more than one visit (or in your case, three visits) to solve an issue, however, you were only charged our basic repair price after our first visit which is standard protocol. We hope you're able to find a contractor who can help.

  Don really did a great job and helped us out! A different roofing company left our gutters in terrible shape. Don was quickly able to see the problems that needed to be fixed and how to fix them. Our gutters now look great! It was also great to see that he could work with such an old house like ours (downtown Lancaster and house is from 1800s). I’d highly recommend Anderson roofing to anyone
