4 year old roof and it leaks. We called the company and they came out looked at the problem. My husband found out parts of the installation were not done correctly. Very nice people but we would not recomend or use this company again. We have been so fustrated we all the problems we have thought of selling the house.

BEWARE - Misaligned Windows, Glass Shards, Caulking Gaps, Theft, Still Waiting 9 months for warranty service. Last summer we made the big mistake of retaining Andersen Brothers/Glass Guru to replace 7 windows with impact windows for $8300 after a visit by Dale Anderson, the owner. Because I wanted to replace the old marble sills myself, Dale offered that his installers could remove the old sills for me at no additional cost. The first thing that went wrong was that when the installers arrived, they knew nothing about removing the old sills. August 9, 2017 just a few days after their installation, I promptly emailed Anderson Brothers/Glass Guru about a number of quality issues with the installation. One window had a cracked glass in the corner of a slider. Another window was out of alignment with the wall by more than half an inch from one side to another. The installers left sharp shards of glass and plastic both inside and outside the house (see photo from just one window). They failed to completely remove the old marble sills (as promised by Dale Anderson) leaving chunks of marble that added many hours to my installation of the new sills. They left uneven caulking with gaps both inside and outside. And they took 100 unused stainless steel Tapcons I'd provided them to install the windows. But it gets much worse. Dale Anderson did not reply to my email at all for 6 months! And then he refused to refund just 12% of the money I requested as fair compensation for all these issues. And as of today 9 months later I'm still waiting for a warranty replacement of sliding pane. So of course I remain completely dissatisfied by Anderson Brothers Inc./Glass Guru because of poor quality, horrendous customer service, failure to honor their warranty and failure to make things right with a 12% refund, and outright lies by the owner ... May 16 the owner Dale Anderson posted a response to my truthful and accurate review. This response was full of lies and fabrications. Dale Anderson NEVER visited our job site during or after their installation. And NO ONE from Anderson Brothers repaired their defective caulking. I have correspondence that proves these are lies. So the owner's response is full of false statements and complete fabrications! Beware!

I cannot stress enough the dishonesty in regards to this review. #1 We were never supposed to do anything with the sills. I simply stated to Mr Vasquez that it would be easier for him to remove the sills when we had the windows out. The fact that he misled my crew into doing extra work that he wasn’t charged for is almost as outrageous as him now complaining about it. #2 When I visited the job site there were maybe a dozen tapcons left over. I buy tapcons by the case and weather or not they were misplaced or accidentally thrown away I offered to replace them and he said he didn’t want them. He wanted $1000. And he’s now claiming that there were 100 but refuses to produce a receipt so we can count off how many were used to find the true number. #3 What I do feel responsible for is the small amount of glass and plastic that was missed during clean up. And again. I have apologized and offered to compensate him for it. He said anything less than $1000 was unacceptable. #4 When we were notified of the shrunken caulk we immediately went back out and rectified the problem. #5 The warranty glass was ordered and replaced very promptly (within 3 weeks). At that time we found another defect in another piece of glass that was also immediately ordered and received by us. Mr Vasquez was informed that we had the glass and at that time he told us he didn’t want us to come out for anymore warranty work and if I didn’t pay him $1000 he was going to cost us much more than that. I will not be subject to extortion. My offer to replace the tapcons, complete the warranty work and refund $150 for the cleanup still stands. Anyone that’s interested in doing business with Anderson Brothers is welcome to come in and see the evidence via all the e-mails back and forth and you will see that I am being completely honest with my response.

Anderson Brothers Roofing was one of four contractors to respond to my request for two re-roof projects in 2018. I wanted a local, well established and licensed contractor to do the jobs. Anderson Bros is licensed in Florida for roofing and is also a certified general contractor, which was a bonus. AB came in the lowest out of the four (one bid was off the charts too high). I hired Anderson Bros after interviewing Mike from the company, a really good guy and knowledgeable too. Both re-roof jobs were delivered on time and on budget. Very satisfied with Anderson Brothers Roofing. Hired them to do additional insurance work that required a GC certification.
