  I hired Andan Home & Business last year to just clean my windows and again this year to clean my windows, gutters, and wash my home. The people I used to clean my gutters and wash my home were unresponsive, and since Andan did such a great job on my windows last year, I asked them to cover those new tasks this year. They did a wonderful job. They were quick to reply to all my e-mails and they stayed in touch between when I requested a quote and their start date. When the house washing tarnished my doorknob, they promptly responded to my e-mail to let me know they would be back out to polish it and told me I did not need to pay my invoice until they did. They came out within a week and polished all my doorknobs and they look better now than they did before. I highly recommend Andan Home & Business, as they were professional, fast, had excellent communication, and quick to fix issues both last year (2021) and this year (2022).

  Andan is a very professional company that offers Gutter cleaning, outside window cleaning, power washing, roofing, and painting. I have called them to clean out my gutters and they do an excellent job. They are easy to get in touch with and they also reply quickly with a response when needed. I trust their work and work ethics. I have been very pleased with their services. I would recommend them highly!!

  They responded quickly to cleaning our gutters, but when they came out to clean them, they used a blower. The problem was it had just rained, and so the blower blasted the fronts of our gutters and siding with dirty water, staining them. After I contacted Andan, they were very apologetic and quickly sent someone back out to clean up the mess, which I appreciated, but it is a little disappointing that someone originally thought the original mess a job well done. To future customers: After you call Andan, they will text and e-mail you over and over again for reviews. The messages will not stop. The gutter fiasco was disappointing, but the barrage of never-ending review requests have pretty much guaranteed that I won't be a returning customer...
