  AMS Construction is the real deal! They are extremely responsive and I have always felt like a top priority (working with Todd is the best!). They come out timely, give you honest feedback with documentation. They are fair in their bidding process. The show up on time and do exactly what they say they will do. All warranties have been upheld. I highly recommend AMS!

  AMS has consistently met my expectations for projects I have hired them to perform. They have installed new roofs and patched old ones, performed difficult structural modifications on critical building elements, and patched and painted for my punch lists. They are a diverse, multi-trade contractor-that will provide you great service.
