  AMS Construction was hired for quite a big job at my home. I had a water leak that affected a bedroom, bathroom and my kitchen. Adam and his crew had to step in and repair/remodel all 3 rooms. They were tasked to replace drywall, blend it all, texture, install baseboards, paint everything to match and do the flooring in the bedroom so it never looked like it was destroyed. He also remodeled the entire bathroom and kitchen, from installing a custom tile shower, vanity, fixtures and quartz countertops to replacing the entire kitchen, all cabinetry, faucet, sink etc all while keeping the same footprint of my tile floor. He has an impeccable sense of detail and could not be more professional, helpful, and kind! I have a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and bedroom now and after the demo, I was not sure how this would all come together. If you need an honest, reputable and skillful contractor, Adam at AMS Construction is who you need to contact. I will never use anyone else as he set the bar high for workmanship!   I very much recommend AMS Construction. Adam holds his team to very high working standards. He started and finished our job on time, within budget, and kept us updated on a proactive basis. There were no surprises, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Adam is also quite skilled at helping the customer decide what would look and work out best for any remodeling needs. If we decide to have any future renovations to our place, we will definitely chose AMS Construction.

  Adam and his crew at AMS Construction performed a huge repair of my exterior beams that had weathered through the years. All beams were cut back under the roof line for water protection with a new facia board installed. It required a lot of detail work as the original beams were rounded in design. They had to perform art work on each beam and some of the beams had to be cut way back due to extensive rot and a new beam installed. All worked very diligently. Adam also brought in Florres Roofing as the cement tiles had to be removed during the entire process. I was completely satisfied with the result. It was beautiful and what was so important to me was aesthetics . Would the beams being set back and the bigger, thicker facia look like it belonged with the house and the answer was astoundingly YES!! Adam has a good eye for detail and is quite a craftsman not to mention his great sense of humor that kept me laughing from start to finish . The AMS crew did a fantastic job and worked very well together. All had a good vibe. Will I use them again??? You bet!!! I'm just going to keep them in my back pocket.
