  I used these guys for over a year maybe close to 2. They had keys to my 10 units where they would service in the event of any tenant maintenance calls. After so much time I trusted them, and prepaid $5,600 for future invoices. Shortly after this, they stopped maintaining my units, started writing me nasty emails, stopped picking up the phone. Just old fashioned scammers. Don't be fooled by the high road they present. Terrible people. They also disconnected the tenant autolocks so my tenants were locked out of their apartments. They won't return the keys I've given them and causing significant damage to my business. I can't believe I'm finding myself in this position with someone that got me so good. And they still owe me a lot of money. Well if this review doesn't do it it's going to be time for a lawsuit.
