If it were for the person who comes out and does the initial inspection I would give this company 5 stars. Since the customer service department lacks quality I gave a 3 star rating. I feel like no one knows how to help answer questions so then you are transferred and the unanswered questions continue.

AmeriPro Roofing worked through my insurance company to cover and replace my roof. I will break my interactions with AmeriPro down into three acts. Act 1: Before the Roof Installation - 5 Stars I worked with Jeff and his manager Chris to call the insurance company, take photos of the roof and damage to the roof, and generally get the train rolling on the work. Jeff was responsive, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I give Jeff a lot of credit for getting the insurance company to cover the roof. Act 2: Installation - 2 Stars Overall, pretty pleased with the quality of the work. The roof looks nice. However, the crew doing the work was not communicative (we knew the roof was being done that day because we saw people wandering around our backyard at 7:30 in the morning), they left their garbage trailer blocking our garage with no indication as to when they'd come pick it up, and I am still finding stray nails in our driveway / yard / garage a month later. The crew replaced a roof vent that Jeff and I had discussed should be removed and plugged over. Overall, even though we are happy with the results, the lack of communication and the mistakes made by the crew on install make this a two-star experience. Act 3: Post-Installation - 0 Stars After install came time to pay. As mentioned, throughout the process Jeff was my main point of contact. When it came time to pay, I was informed that Jeff was no longer with the company, and I worked with Julie, the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Julie was not very responsive to my emails, and it was difficult to understand what I actually owed the company and where in the process AmeriPro was in consultation with the insurance company. Julie insisted that I pay AmeriPro for the roof vent that Jeff and I agreed would not be installed (and that we agreed after the fact that I wouldn't have to pay for before he left the company). Based on my interactions with Julie, I do not believe the "office" side of AmeriPro knows what what the crew actually did - which makes a negotiation about what I should or should not pay based on work that was actually done difficult. Eventually I paid AmeriPro more than I think was fair just to be done with it. The total amount I was asking for was just over $100, and I'm beyond disappointed that AmeriPro went back on their word and charged me for something I did not want them to do in the first place. That interaction left a sour taste in my mouth.

Do not work with them. I have never worked with a company who is so unprofessional & lacks communication and customer service as AmeriPro. They do a great job getting you at first but once the contract is signed, you’re just a number. We got passed around to at least 5 people before we finally landed on Austin. He was great but they let him go & so we got stuck with Chris who manages MN. He does not listen nor does he believe his customers. Julie who was my account rep did nothing to represent us. When I told Julie & Chris I wanted to speak to their supervisor due to their lack of communication & service- they ignored me. So I had to call customer service to find Julie’s manager. They not only took forever to fix our roof, their team who came to fix our gutters damaged our siding & provided the wrong colors! I don’t know how many times I had to express my disappointment & they just kept asking for my patience. At this point, it’s gone. They need to better train their sales & account reps to communicate and actually learn what customer service means. They drag things on and blame it on Covid & the holidays but it’s just an excuse. This has been ongoing since August 2020 and it’s now January 2021. Damages & unresolved issues STILL unresolved.
