I have used American roofing twice now on two different properties, and had the same level of service both times.
They keep the property clean, during the roof replacement and after they have finished they do an outstanding job of cleaning and picking up any debris and nails.
Very professional company, would highly recommend using American roofing.

American Roofing replaced a roof on a bank we manage.  They did a great job and worked within our time line. They were also very careful, working while the bank was opened for business.

Jason is a courteous, professional salesman and caring of my situation from the beginning. When I would call with questions Jason was very honest. He is the reason I chose this company!! I feel like I made a true friend.

Michelle was personable, professional, knowledgeable & responsive on every step of our new roof installation. The work crew was also just as personable & professional. I was also pleasently surprised that the work crew completely cleaned up every piece of trash & roofing material off our property. It was Amazing & A Pleasant surprise that there was not one roof nail, old shingle or any other debree on my property. Michelle’s service was excellent.  I requested bids from multiple companies to replace my shingle roof.  I decided on American Roofing because I was incredibly impressed with all aspects of their service.  Michelle provided me a quote in less than 24 hours from my initial call.  We were in need of a quick turn around due to homeowners insurance. I was originally quoted “4 weeks out” from payment of the deposit, however, the job was completed in less than 2 weeks.  I highly recommend Michelle and American Roofing & Sheet Metal.

Michelle is awesome to work with. She is very professional, organized, and friendly.   The roofers were great!  The work was well done and they did a super clean up job. We had a very great experience with American Roofing.  Would definitely recommend them.

This company has a wonderful team of people who helped me through the entire process of re-roofing my home.  There was always a real person to answer my calls to the business phone and the people who actually worked on the roof were on time every day and did a fantastic job of cleaning up all debris each day before they left.

If I had any questions, there was not only a supervisor on site, but a representative/manager whose mobile phone I was also given should I need to ask any questions.

I had a very old roof from 1987 which was in terrible shape and I knew, before the workers started, that there would need to be ruined materials replaced which were hidden beneath my outer layer of metal roof.  There was so much rust and many rotted beams !  Whenever there was an adjustment to be made, the team supervisor would take pictures of the problem and I would then be fully briefed by one of the business managers.  Thus, there were no surprises at the end of the project.

I am so happy with my new roof !  No leaks and it looks GREAT !!!!  I highly recommend American Roofing & Sheet Metal.
