  This has been 2 years of frustration. After we paid Mark (the owner) I have been unable to contact him. There was poor quality work replacing my tile roof to the point it leaked and damaged our interior of our home. When I was finally contacted by someone representing Mark and American Roofing (and Solar) they came out to make repairs 3 separate times and simply tried to do the minimum but on the 4th time the repair work was done. I am still waiting for a response but his representative contacted me to offer a general contractor that would complete the interior repairs for a good rate. I am sooo happy that we did not get Solar through American Solar/Roofing. I’m still holding out hope to reconcile my interior repairs <><.

  I have had a super experience with American Roofing Pros! There was so much work that needed to be done and they have been on it from A to Z, and also helping me with all the ins and outs of insurance claim requirements, limitations, and of course, how to get the best work I needed done, covered! Mark Hernandez (CEO) was phenomenal in making sure I was taken care of!! WOW! Thanks Mark!! When it came to his roofing team, replacing the a.c. units, doing water damage repairs, interior and exterior paint work -- A LOT of "stuff" - all the workers were professional and did high quality work. Mike Segura, Dir. of Operations, was on top of being sure all the work was getting done as expected and to the highest standards, and it was! And I want to mention Alonso; the best, high quality results, working on his own, diligent, and always with a smile to greet me as he steadily did his painting job. But here's another important reason to seek out American Roofing Pros for your projects - at least it's important to me: these are quality human beings. That's not 'touchy-feely-hippy-dippy' stuff ... that's just something I highly value. When good people want to be sure your needs are taken care of, and they are there for you, that's not "business", that's about humanity caring about another person in need.   I did my roof 1 year ago and I am truly satisfied! Great quality job...they gave me a package deal for my Solar Panels extended my roofing warranty. Mark and the team at American Roofing Pros really got it down, he made sure my roof got approved and did the job right!
