  The only local roofer who wanted to help us with our porch roof challenges. Believe me, we called them all. Fixed roof leaks, and made repairs, installed metal roofing on all wrap around porch roofs in 3 days. Professional, Highly Recommend!

  Called them on 2/8/22, and scheduled an appointment for an estimate in the afternoon of 2/9/22. At 4PM I get a phone call asking for the address (again), and at 5:07PM I get a call from the employee asking for the address (again). They are obviously disorganized, and have garbage communication skills. If they can't get that right, then how are they going to do a good job with your roof?

  I read all the great reviews and decided to move forward with American Roofing for a roof inspection. The first time I called and scheduled an appointment, no one showed up and when I called to inquire about what happened, I was told that I was not in their system. I took that as an honest mistake and decided to set up another appointment. The second appoint was confirmed and a day and time was set for 1:00 pm 2 weeks later. The next appointment day came and after until 1:30 for the inspector to come, I called an inquired about their tardiness. I was told at that time that the inspector was running behind and would not make it to my home that day. American Roofing then rescheduled me for the following day, informing me that they inspector will give me a call when he was on his way. Needless to say, I never received a call from the inspector or anyone at American Roofing stating that they were not going to make it for the 3rd time. I wish I could review them on their services, but unfortunately I was never able to get past the roof inspection.
