  Buyer beware of American roofing. Only thing they care about is your money. I was lied to. I was threatened with violence and told he would put a lean on the property if I didn’t accept the poor quality work. They damaged my property and refused to pay for the damage. William benefield is the ceo. Goggle his name and you will see the type of person/ company you are dealing with. The work was so bad I had to have my roof reroofed. The only satisfaction I got with dealing with American roofing is the fact that he had to eat the cost of the first shingle job. I hope it hurt going down. To all of the Chattanooga and nort Georgia area please slam and lock your door if you see a American roofing vehicle in your neighborhood. Warn anybody you know. Like I said goggle William benefield and you will see what he is willing to do for a dollar.

  After the roof was installed the customer refused to pay until we installed new decking. The decking though old was still solid and was fine to nail to. His definition of bad decking was different then ours. Trying to make him happy we agreed to remove the brand new roof and install decking (the decking he agreed he would pay for). Once installed and re-roofed he insisted that ARC lie to his insurance company and say that his wood was damaged. We refused to do that. It was a simple matter of his morals did not align with ours.

  Just an all around professional experience! They showed up on time and had my roof on that same evening.. they covered my hedges and cleaned my yard of every nail they could find ! Definitely recommend this company 100% !

  My husband and I had our roof done and we were very pleased! American Roofing Company were very professional and got the work done! They even clean up afterward! I would recommend American Roofing to everyone I know who needs they're roof done!
