  Great experience working with American Roof Preservers. My entire cedar roof needed to be cleaned from moss buildup over several years, I also needed to have it treated as well. Jeff and his team were responsive and helpful all through the process, including multiple visits to my home before the work even began. I got quotes from a couple other reputable companies, I went with ARP because of their superior cedar preservation products that they use, their professionalism and their fair pricing. Dana in the office was very pleasant to deal with as well. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely refer my family and neighbors to them.

  We hired this company Last year to repair and stain the roof. They continued to schedule appointments and never show up. We gave them half the money upfront and waited approximately six months for them to do the work. Once the work was completed it was so sloppy we had to call them back and ask them to clean the stain off all my gutters. After many many many phone calls begging for them to come back and correctly complete the job they finally did. In October, The stain wore off the roof within six months and now we have been calling weekly begging them to come back and do the job correctly this time. They are no longer returning our phone calls. Do not use this company.

  The staff at American Roof preservers are very professional and got a quote to us immediately and then got us on their schedule very quickly. They are experienced and knowledgeable of the trade and did a great job. Plus their pricing was fair and competitive. All of the staff communicate well and they were available for questions and did a really nice job.
