  Just ordering the home. So far communication has been great. Price is good and hopefully delivered product is quality. I will post again. Only three stars because it's too early too know how the total process and home turn out. So far, very satisfied. Over 2 years now and company was fine to work with. The home is just as we’d hoped. 👍

  Hi Tom, Thanks for stopping in. Unfortunately, due to employee shortages and continually rising gas prices, we've shrunk our build radius to 50 miles of Hayward. This allows us to keep our pricing as competitive as we can during this crazy housing market. We're a little confused why you gave us a three-star review, as we performed no services for you?

  American Homes just completed our construction and we couldn’t be happier with the finished home. Huge thank you to Michelle, Travis, Chad and everyone else behind the scenes that went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you again! We will enjoy this beautiful ho e for years to co e. Highly recommend.
