It’s the second aluminum pergola I do with American Home Improvement located on 191 Highway in Midland,Texas. The first one done approximately 9 years ago still looks brand new, spotless without any maintenance. The working crew and office staff were very courteous,friendly, punctual and professional. Both were accommodating to my questions and requests. Highly recommended as both times I have used their services, they have proved to be a very reliable company.

We had them replace our front and back doors. The front door was nicer than what we had before the back door was just a plain door, we had never had to buy doors before so we trusted that they would be honest with an estimate. They took about an hour to install the doors and they charged us $3,200 for both doors and labor (Yes Three-THOUSAND two hundred, that's not a typo). I was suspicious about the cost and looked for a comparable door to the nice one on Home Depot's website and I found it there for $400. that means the hour of labor was $2,400. They completely took advantage of us, I tell all my friends to watch out for this company since they lack integrity and honesty in their work. AMERICAN HOME IMPROVEMENT RIPPED US OFF, find someone else and save yourself thousands.

Thank you for your feedback. In 2012, we gave you a full refund of the doors and you were able to keep the doors. It is always our intention to take care of our customers and apologize for any misunderstandings.
