Jaime and team were wonderful! Very professional, on time, and very flexible when I had to reschedule. They replaced a water heater/ upgraded and installed a water softening and reverse osmosis system for my house. Everything was done in a day and they were very thorough and professional. I rent and I work for this company. I recommended them to our landlord when our whole house sewer line backed up. They did great work and went above and beyond. My wife runs a daycare from our home and they completed the work so quick it was very appreciated. Thanks to Jaime, Eric and the rest of the guys that helped.

Only the beginning and will update once I get some work done. As of now, I’m pleased with what this company has to offer because of their professionalism and time. I called Celeste, scheduled appointment next day, Clinton came out and was very professional with the inspection and shared a lot of insight on work needed to be done on the home.

Jaime is very knowledgeable and personable.  He’s responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns throughout the process of getting new ductwork, new HVAC, insulation, and a new electrical panel.  The claims he made for a more efficient and most important a quieter system have been astonishing!  We are very pleased.

Jamie and the entire electrical/duct/plumbing/drywall crew were great. Very professional, responsive, helpful. We were glad to get all the jobs done, but sorry we won't be seeing them anymore! We had a new electrical panel installed,  new ducts, sewer line replaced. Jamie and Ben coordinated the crews. Very impressed and will continue to work with American Home Energy Savers in the future.

AHS did an amazing job from the last estimate and evaluation of the problem at hand to taking just two days to replace all the ductwork in the house.  The results of their efforts has been amazing.  Heat flow through the house is incredible compared to before.  Thanks to Jamie and his team.

I have been taking many bids for a new HVAC system. This is a very big purchase and hard decision so I expect clear details. The comfort specialist and tech who came out answered all my questions and were great.  However, I was not given a price breakdown or details of what was included in the bid. I instead had to write these details down myself.

I received an excellent customer service by Jaime Schultz and Celeste. I lost my hot water during the Thanksgiving weekend. On Saturday, I called American Home Energy Services, and Celeste who was very pleasant and understanding during our phone conversation stated that someone would called me back. Within 5 minutes I got a call from Jaime. He was very pleasant,  very patient with me, and explained step by step what I needed to do to troubleshoot the furnace. I took a long time, and Jaime never complained and waited for me to understand the process of the water heater. I was able to have hot water again thanks to Jaime. The next day, I received a text from Jamie to make sure that I had hot water in the house. Not only Jaime made sure to help me in getting the hot water back, but he also followed up the next day to make sure that everything was okay. Jaime and Celeste are an asset for your company, and I hope someone in management recognize these two employees for their work ethics, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I will continue to maintain my annual and as needed services with American Home Energy Services, and I strongly recommend this company.
