  Talked a good game, he had my mother sold. My parents were charged for rotting/loose fascia boards /roofing boards would be repaired as stated in the contract! Only one fascia board replaced and it is obvious that it was done carelessly, and poorly fit. The first day of the job when the "roofer's" were gone . I got up on the roof to see what had been done so far. I could see that the underlayment and paper had been done. And book's of shingles were three ready for tomorrow. Upon my taking my first step, I stepped on a very loose board! I thought, maybe they missed that one. Nope! This continued all over the roof ! They were trying to cover up the damages that I had already discovered and in doing so I let my parents know of how bad it is and suggested that their roof was in bad shape, and should be fixed! I took video and marked a big X with chalk on the loose boards I had found. Called American eagle roofing, was told it would cost more to repair. They didn't communicate during or after the job was "finished". They charged my parents thousands of dollars for a cover up! Tried communicating the issues and have heard nothing!!! American eagle roofing tried taking advantage of an elderly couple. It's a good thing I have some knowledge of roofing or my parents would never known.

  We chose American Eagle after obtaining multiple bids primarily because they gave us an install date of 4-6 weeks verses the 8-10 we had received from other companies. They called about 2 weeks later with an earlier installation availability. We have a 20 year old concrete tile roof and had an active leak in the valley area. The crew (Brandon, Robbie & Kyle) showed up on time and ready to work. Brandon discussed the work to be done and the process. They were great. They were conscientious, courteous and hard working. American Eagle has earned our business for regular roof maintenance and should we need it, repairs, in the future.

  Working with American Eagle Roofing has been a fantastic experience- start to finish. We had been dealing with a solar panel nightmare for several months after installation caused tons of damage and subsequent leaking on a relatively new roof. We had Sean out about a year prior regarding another non-solar related issue and he was wonderful- so no question as to who we would trust for this big job. Sean was prompt in his assessment and estimate, and Lisa in the office was wonderful in communicating directly with the solar company which was a huge burden off my shoulders. We ended up needing over half of our roof replaced. As far as the actual work went- Rob and his crew were excellent. They came on site and took off all the existing damaged roof, and even took off mounts that the solar company had left behind/were supposed to remove themselves. They advocated for me when the solar crew wanted to use a sub-par product for remounting the panels, and even went as far as locating the equipment themselves and pointed the solar company in the direction to purchase. Rob explained things clearly every step of the way, and when he noticed little flaws in work rendered that could have easily been overlooked, he took the time to redo it- taking care of our home as if it was his own. His team was extremely friendly and a pleasure to have over. American Eagle really was a breath of fresh air in what was otherwise an awful, stressful experience. We have already recommended them to multiple friends and family members and know who we will always go to for any future needs.
