  American Building Dynamics finished our basement (3 rooms and a bathroom) and also finished off a room above our garage. The quote was very clear, and they stuck to the price they quoted us. They were very professional, easy to work with, and kept up great communications throughout the process. We are very happy with the finished product - everything looks great! The only downside was the schedule dragged out - a couple of weeks of this was on us, but in retrospect I think the estimate was overly optimistic. I would definitely recommend them, they did great work and the construction manager Amy was great to work with and always very helpful in making recommendations to us about the details.

  We had the pleasure of working with American Building Dynamics and their roofing teams in July 2020. We re-roofed two structures: main house and cottage. The guys worked with total commitment in 90%+ heat and their professionalism and energy never took a hit! We were exhausted just watching! After the project completion the guys cleaned the work areas down to the last nail and blew off all the hard surfaces. We recommend this company for any home projects that they are willing to undertake👍🏼💪🏼

  I used American Building Dynamics a new roof on my residence and a rental house as well. Heath and his team did an outstanding job of removing the old material and installing the new roof on both dwellings. Best price of three estimates I received and great work. Highest recommendation to Heath and his team!!
