  I'd originally contacted America's Best Roofing to inspect our shingle roof. We had a feeling the roof would turn out to be in worse shape than we thought. We had a feeling we were going to need a new roof so were prepared for it, in case. Anthony at America's Best showed up to our appointment and did a thorough inspection with his drone. So cool! After noticing dings from an old hail storm, he hopped up on the roof for a closer look. Little did we know, our home owner's insurance covers wind and hail damage caused from storms. Anthony helped guide my husband and I through a successful insurance claim. Just one week later, we met with our insurance adjuster who approved of a complete replacement. Words can't express how grateful we are for the help that Anthony and everyone at America's Best Roofing was. Other roofing contractors were charging us upwards of $15,000 for a full replacement and not one considered advising us about filing an insurance claim. America's Best was able to even get the detach and reset of our solar panels so that they could do the job right. We got a brand new shingle roof and only paid for our deductible of $1,000. We would highly recommend America's Best Roofing over any other contractor in town.

  After having a couple of local unlicensed roof repair companies patch 3 leaks in my 17-year-old tile roof and still having leaks, I called America’s Best Roofing in Tucson. I did my research and after reading a few reviews and seeing their commercial on TV and talking with the estimator. I also like the fact they were a licensed family business and veteran owned. Being down in Rio Rico a lot of construction companies don’t want to take the time or effort to serve our small community. Jesus arrived for the estimate on time, a good start. He asked a few questions and then spent about an hour up on the roof completely investigating the previous repairs and current leaks. Within a few days, an estimate was sent, and we discussed my options. Being the house was older, the underlayment had cracked under the Arizona weather. He checked the tiles and said that a Lift and Lay process would stop all the leaks. This is where they remove the tiles, replace the waterproof material underneath, reseal everything and then replace the tiles. Being retired on a fixed income, we had to wait a few months before having the work done. When we finally saved enough money, the cost of materials had skyrocketed over the summer. I called Jesus and he talked to Sergio (the owner) and they discounted the material to almost the previous estimate. Amazing. The schedule was set, and the crew arrived on time, ready to work. It was the monsoon season, and they were very careful not to leave any part of the roof exposed. The foreman on the crew was Sergio senior who has a vast knowledge of construction. They crew finished the whole roof in 4 days. Sergio drove all the way down from Tucson to make sure I understood what work was done and checked I had no issues. He is very busy but took the time to follow up. The test came the following weekend where we got over an inch of rain in a matter of hours. No leaks. The worksite was left cleaner than when they started, I am so impressed with their workmanship, I have asked them to build a RV patio for my motorhome. I don’t normally write any reviews, but I feel that anyone who is looking for a reputable company should consider America’s Best. From the office staff to the owner and the crew, they are truly the best. Respectfully Chris Ezell

  What can I say about America's Best Roofing and Exteriors! This company is very professional and know-how to conduct business, I made 1 call and was able to set up an appointment immediately. I spoke with Jesus Armenta, and he came out to the property right away to look at my roof and give me an estimate on repairs or to replace the entire roof. He was professional, courteous/friendly with my family and pets, on time, knowledgeable, and most importantly kept his word on what I could expect. Jesus and his team set me up right away started and finished the project when they said they would, laid everything out for me, and upfront about costs; which to my surprise was amazing. I spent way less than I thought I would. His team never kept me in the dark and gave me plenty of updates throughout the entire process. This has got to be the best service I've ever received on a home project 10/10 would recommend. Thanks!
