  After having several estimates on replacing my roof I accepted their bid because it was the lowest and they offered financing which I set up with Greensky. Four months of my precious time later they still couldn’t give me a project start date. The worst part of it was zero communication from them. Not one text, email or phone call to update me on what was happening I had to call them and never got a straight answer. It was one excuse after another. The weather, not enough workers, etc. I guess that’s their game in to giving you the lowest bid and think you will wait forever. My house suffered damage from the monsoons that could have been prevented if they would have been honest with me from the beginning that they bit off more than they could chew.

  America roofing was contracted to build the roofs in the development I live in from 2016 through 2018. In that time I have had to have my roof repaired by competent roofers since America roofing’s employees could not repair it properly under warranty. Now there are multiple neighbors that have had roof failures that have led to drywall and insulation collapsing from the ceiling in their 3-5 year old homes. I would not recommend America roofing and their incompetent employees. It’s not even worth having a warranty from a company that is incapable of fixing the problems they create due to their shoddy workmanship.

  Great job and the best quote received! I obtained quotes from 7 different roofing companies to do my entire tile roof's underlayment. America Roofing presented the best price. I'm very pleased with the job. The only hiccup is that I had to wait almost a month to have a crew available, but I guess that's the downside of a very competitive company. Thank you America Roofing!
