We moved to Pagosa Springs last October (2021) and quickly realized that a metal roof was necessary to prevent problems from snow and ice buildup. We heard about the challenges of finding a reliable and honest contractor in Pagosa, so we were surprised to find an established and dependable roofer in the area. AMCAT was very responsive, professional, and thorough. The team had our new roof installed quickly and the entire yard cleaned up with no trace they were ever there within three days. We bought a brand new house from a contractor who used AMCAT. The townhouse had a catastrophic roof leak while under warranty. The upstairs was completely gutted and  the other two levels had extensive damage. My family and small children were out of the house for 7 months for the necessary repairs. Ryan came out and fought doing the necessary repairs or honoring his warranty. We ended up having another roofer remove and replace the roof. The new roofer said AMCAT made numerous mistakes with the application of the TPO roof. I hope their warranty is better for other customers.

I needed my roof looked at in Pagosa Springs. When I did a search on Google for roofing companies in Pagosa, the results were not satisfying, so I searched Durango and read multiple great reviews about AMCAT. I called them up and spoke with Ryan. He was out within a few days to inspect the roof. He noted that the roof had substantial ice damage and recommended that I start a claim with my insurance company. I had many questions, having no experience with the process myself, and Ryan took the time to run down every step of the process with me. He was spot on with everything he said, even down to the name of the adjuster that would likely be sent out from the insurance company. The insurance company agreed with Ryan's evaluation and the quotes matched almost perfectly. Within a few weeks, I had a brand new roof on the house. Anytime I reached out to Ryan with questions, he was available to answer them, the communication was tremendous, which is hard to find in the age of voicemail and robocalls. Needless to say, I'm happy I read the reviews and found AMCAT!

Very responsive and attentive team. Attention to detail and great communication throughout the entire process. We received a mailer from Ethan at AMCAT roofing and reached out to discuss options for roof replacement and how to work with insurance to get the most of our coverage. Ethan was on the roof within 2 days of calling and completed his entire inspection and report within a day so we could file our claim with insurance. His attention to detail and comprehensive report helped get our roof replacement covered by our insurance. He was always available to answer questions and explain the detailed process whenever we needed him. The entire process from the first phone call to the final inspection was completed in just a month, and the replacement itself happened in just two days! Just had our roof done - took one day! Great crew with Alex and Raul. Very friendly, easy to work with. and very competent. My wife and I are very pleased with our new roof by AMCAT Roofing.  Jake and Juan and their crew were efficient and polite and did excellent work.  And Ryan worked with us when the manufacturer sent a slightly wrong color for some pieces of our roofing.  He obtained the correct color and replaced the pieces promptly and with no extra charges.  We appreciate having a new, solid roof (especially with the foot of snow that fell last night).  Thanks Ryan, Jake, Juan, and the crew at AMCAT.

Ethan with Amcat Roofing was easy to work with. Started my re-roof in less than 2 weeks of contracting with them. The crew was awesome! Hard working. Entire roof completed in less than 2 full days (worked 12 hours in the heat on the first day). Cleaned up nicely afterwards. Definitely recommend this company.

Ethan Wilkinson and AMCAT Roofing did an excellent job.  The crew replaced the roof in two days and they did the job better than when the house was originally built.  My insurer made mistakes in calculating the amount they would pay but Ethan worked patiently with them and eventually I received full payment minus my deductible.  I was very happy with AMCAT’s work.
