  After careful review of all of our options for contractors to install our new slate and copper roofs I chose Alte Exteriors because they were by far the most professional during the estimating process. Everything flowed so nicely. First call, someone answered! And I got an appointment! Could you imagine, the company rep showed up on time. He wasn’t pushy at all, just informative and helpful. Once I gave them the go ahead there was an instant response. The day the project started it went just as smooth. The team they have really works together in sync and it shows. Best service around. You get what you pay for

  Same review I left for their Somerville office : Great service- As a new homeowners we didn’t know where to turn. We found Alte Exteriors reviews online, I think that goes without saying they are the top rated anywhere locally They sent out mike who evaluated the work. He sent out the proposal. I e-signed it. Work was done within a few days - great great experience all around. I hope all of the contractors I have to come in contact with in the future are half as good as Alte Exteriors

  As first time home-owners, this was the first time our family went through the process of replacing a roof on our home. From the first phone call, Ali was so helpful in scheduling an at home appointment that worked with our schedule. We were a little apprehensive about the process as we are not familiar with roofing or this type of purchase whatsoever. Mike was very patient with us and even took the time to educate us on the specifics of the different roofing systems and warranties available with each. After becoming more knowledgeable about the process - and having the assurance of a 20 - year full coverage warranty, we are confident we made the right decision. I highly recommend Alte Exteriors for a professional experience and job well done!
