Nice place. When I walked though the door, someone asked how they could help me. Told them what I was looking for and immediately was taked to the product I needed. Then the counter girl, Isabelle took over and continued to make me feel like a valued customer. Definitely worth doing business with this place. Good products, good people, and fair prices.

GREAT people to do business with! Very kind, helpful & knowledgeable! It's so disappointing to see an "adult" & his weird, childish friends degrading a family owned company by writing fabricated malicious reviews on Google like High School girls. 😬 I would recommend Alpine Building Supply to anyone!

Nice people and good service. However four times around the holidays over two years I attempted to buy wood pellets from them and they were randomly closed. I get the people need to spend time with their families, but a retail business needs to have consistent hours. Even though I can buy wood pellets from the big box stores for at least $1 less per bag, I still try to support my local businesses. Also on more than one occasion the pellets have been damp. This is not ideal, they should keep them covered until purchased. Dewalt and Lengel is only a couple of miles away and they keep regular hours and also have their pellets stored indoors. I won't be wasting my time with Alpine Building Supplies anymore. UPDATE: 2020-2021 Bought pellets from them again all season. They did great this year. Revised my review.
