  Derrick came out within a few hours of my calling and was very helpful. He even patched some shingles up for us free of charge with rain forecasted to keep us through till we could get an estimate done. Definitely recommend

  Alpha replaced derecho damaged roofs for 2 friends last fall and they raved about them. Alpha just replaced my roof and they were great to work with. Derek Steere is a great communicator staying in touch start to finish. He followed up immediately after they were done to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The crew is extremely efficient and did an outstanding job of cleaning up afterwards. There are many crews working in Cedar Rapids doing derecho repairs and Alpha out performs all of them!

  Joe and Derek came out to inspect my roof in the Des Moines area for storm damage the same week I called to schedule. They communicated well in advance, arrived when they said they would, and inspected visually and by drone. They identified what I thought was damage was actually an earlier repair job, and they recommended against any work. All around great experience. I appreciate how professional and honest the Alpha crew was!
