  We too hired ARCS for mold remediation and roofing. The mold remediation was finally accomplished after several iterations. The restoration also took a long time. The roof was supposed to be guaranteed for 20 years. Klaus (the owner) said that they would come out once a year to inspect. They used a Gayco product and we are still getting blistering. Klaus won't answer the phone or return our emails. We had the Gayco representative come and look at the roof. He said that they could not honor the warranty because Klaus was supposed to have regular inspections during the roofing process and he didn't. Never use ARCS for any kind of work. They charged us over $2,000 for permits. We checked and there was never a permit pulled for this house by ARCS. I would give zero stars if I could. This company is not trustworthy and I don't even know if they are still in business. Anyone have a recommendation for roof repair (Gayco silicone)?

  Did NOT keep promises. The owner of ARCS, Mr. Klaus Herring, promised a thirty year roof with a written guarantee. He delivered on the roof work, but NOT the guarantee. Throughout the ten months I have known him, he kept postponing and lying about the roof inspection and guarantee coming. Neither inspection by the roofing company nor the written guarantee has been delivered . Right to the bitter end he kept saying to my face and on the phone that the inspection and written guarantee would be coming, but it is now one year ...... and nothing. Herring also never delivered on his promise with the insurance claim people.

  Through the whole process of mold remediation and restoration, ARCS was understanding about what we were going through, with finding mold in our house. Ricardo, Sergio and his entire team finished the work when they said they would, which was very important, because we had to be out of the house during the mold remediation and restoration process. They were very professional, and everything they did was exceptional. They were great at communicating what was going on through the entire process: they gave a prompt response whenever we had questions. They were willing to do extra things like replacing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries during the job. Their estimates were accurate and reasonable.
