  I initially only wanted the front half of my roof done but ended up having the whole roof replaced due to hail damage. I was able to get a better warranty on the shingles than if if I went with another contractor that I would have to pay more money for. My sales person, Jordan, was awesome!!! Made the whole process simple and easy. Jordan was able to help me submit a claim to my insurance company to cover the cost of the roof repair without causing my insurance rates to go up. I also ended up having an issue with some damage to inside of our garage where some of the building products fell through and punctured the ceiling drywall. Aloha came the next day and repaired the drywall.

  I requested an inspection/estimate the first week of September. After three weeks of scheduling back and forths with their representative (who I will not name even though I owe him no favors), he became unresponsive and failed to return any of my calls or emails. I have since contracted with another roofer who did an inspection/estimate within two days of my initial request. I'll be getting my new roof next week. Apparently, Aloha doesn't need my business. Guess if it's insurance-related and overpriced, my little job wasn't profitable enough. Wish I could give "0" stars.
