  Allphase is the worst company to deal with and the reviews here can speak for themselves. I went through hell with them, especially their salesperson who never showed up when he said he would show up. This roof completion was dragged on for over 6 months, and they blamed it on the insurance. The insurance told me I had to do two separate claims where I was going to pay two different deductibles. The salesperson told me not to do that because they were going to put a public adjuster on the case to get the full roof done. That never happened to where the insurance decided to retract the previous plan. The only person who was clear about getting things started was Angie. Everyone else was just blaming the company they work for and telling me I was rude when I tried to share my concerns. It was a nightmare. In addition, when the crew came, they did not clean at the end of the job and damaged my concrete, and did not put the patio furniture where they found them. What I was told is that the concrete was wear and tear. I did not see those holes before, but ok, it is wear and tear. The supervisor attempted to address the issue and apologize. However, I think everyone dropped the ball as I am seeing these reviews here on Google. I wish I had read the reviews here first. Save yourself time, money, useless back and forth communication, and headaches. What a nightmare of a company.

  Justin worked with us at All Phase... very great experience. I really felt like they wanted to get us the best deal and really take care of us. He even brought us a portable AC unit at 8 pm at night when we realized we needed one. The workers were quick and professional. I love how early they got to work as well. Definitely recommend!

  This company was above and beyond my expectations. Two men completed my entire roof in 1 and 1/2 days, they worked non stop and did a beautiful job! I would definitely recommend their services without reservation. Thank you Jason for all your help in making it happen!
