All around, this is just an amazing firm. I contacted them 2 months ago for remodeling my kitchen, bathroom and the baby's room. They worked with me and my wife for almost 2 weeks to help us decide what we wanted to do. Jaydee, the manager, even went with us to his suppliers so we could choose tiles from the whole lot. They gave me a timeframe and finished the job 2 days early. All in all, it was such a pleasant experience. These are definitely my go to guys!

3 1/2 weeks after my job was complete, the concrete in front of my house cracked from one side all the way to the other side. It looks terrible and is an eyesore. An expensive eyesore. I have waited 8 months for them to come back and make the repairs, have been extremely patient with them ,and they continue to lie about getting the permits and coming to do the work. If anyone wants to see the real work that they do please email me and I will show you the pictures along with the contract to prove. I just wish that they would come back, stop lying, and fix their work. I would not recommend them to anyone after this experience.

Mr. Frank also filed a complaint about us to the BBB. We choose to respond here with the exact words used in the response submitted to BBB: "Mr. Frank hired us to do a project consisting of painting, installation of a fence and construction of a sidewalk in about the third week of November, 2017. As everyone knows, hopefully including Mr. Frank, starting around that time, we faced the harshest winter weather in the area in almost 60 years, which continued till about the end of April, 2018. After about three and a half weeks of the job completion, he contacted us regarding cracks beginning to form in the concrete. We went and reviewed all possible reasons for this unfortunate situation and found no apparent reasons other than the harsh cold. We went forward and contacted the manufacturer of the concrete we used and explained the situation just to get a second opinion. They reinforced our conclusion further telling us that the adverse weather conditions do at times cause the concrete to crack. Now that the background has been made clear, we will answer all speculations resulting from this complaint. After coming to the conclusion that the harsh cold caused the cracking, we told Mr. Frank that we would repair the concrete but only after this whether clams down (we wanted to fix the problem so it wouldn't happen again and repairing it instantly would be both unreliable and against common sense). Also worth mentioning is the fact that no company guarantees their work against natural circumstances. We agreed to "REPAIR" Mr. Frank's work purely out of client courtesy. We have always reassured Mr. Frank that we would most definitely repair the work. He goes on and claims that he has been waiting patiently "for months and months" now for us to keep our promise. Unfortunately, in this exaggeration, he fails to clarify the fact that the weather only cleared up about 3 of months ago, with spells of showers in between. Regardless of everything, we answered all his queries every time he had one. Another amazing detail he managed to leave out is that we, again out of courtesy alone, accepted to redo the job completely after he kept insisting that he wanted to replace the concrete (this would result in a us literally putting money into the project instead of any profit). After doing all this, we told Mr. frank that we would apply for the permit and complete our promise after receiving the permit as our calendar allowed. Meanwhile, Mr. Frank continued to threaten us to get our license cancelled and what not. We, though, are still bent on keeping our promise. We have been successful in pulling the permit as of a few days ago and are scheduling to "REDO" his job into our calendar (A copy of the permit can be furnished on request)."
