  Could not be happier with our experience with Alliance! They provided a free inspection (literally the next day after calling me) and explained what a good roof looks like (we absolutely did not have a good roof). Even when Chris provided a photo of a hole in our roof, I never felt like he was pressuring us to go with Alliance. We did end up using them and I still can’t get over the difference. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to educate us on appropriate roofing materials and how quickly they got the job done. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and were very professional. Highly recommend! (First photo is not the worst photo of our roof but the only one I had from beforehand. Second is the finished product. I never get tired of looking at it!)

  Work started around 8:20, 32F high winds 20 mph WSW with up to 40 mph gusts and temperatures dropping throughout the day. Very hands off, zero questions for me. Took care of roof debris that needed removed, roof work went fairly fast, not unreasonably loud, by roughly 12 it was mostly complete. Cleanup started, vacuum & nail pickup (magnetic). Carried off all unused supplies and debris (a fair amount of both) as per contract terms so no leftover mess of unused supplies or garbage for me to deal with. This left me with a finished roof, I can't complain. Gutter installation happened about a week later and tidied up the areas that remained, carrying off debris and leaving us with zero mess to deal with. Overall, generally pleased with both contractor's work, though we have yet to see substantial rain being it is winter. I would recommend Alliance Exteriors to anyone who wants a hands-off approach to getting their specific jobs done, based on our specific experience with them.

  Sales rep did not communicate at all. I didn't receive a business card or any way to contact him. I had to call the office twice just to get him to email me the quote which had virtually no information on it aside from a final price. Still, we saw good reviews and liked the warranty/product so I asked him via email (because that was the only way I could contact him) for some additional items that the bank needed to process our home renovation load. He said it would take some time which I understood considering the ask. 2 weeks went by without any communication so I emailed him again (still the only contact method that was available). He said the owner had the paperwork and needed to fill it out and that he would follow up with me next day with what was completed and an update on the rest. 3 days later I emailed him again to tell him that I hadn't seen any correspondence to which there was no reply. With all this time wasted and other contractors waiting on the loan to get processed so they can get paid, we decided to go with another company that would actually hold up to their promise of good customer service. I suggest contacting Landmark Roofing. The rep we are working with there is excellent.
