  The contractor that came out was nice but I have a leak in my roof and I can not get anyone from this company to call me back or even respond to my emails. I have emailed and called numerous times. Once the check has cashed you are on your own. I do not recommend them because you can not get any help once the job is done. It looks nice from the outside but I still have the same original issue I called them for. Maybe social Media will make them react! I will uploading photo's soon. I had the insulation replaced and they confirmed there is a leak and it is a quick fix. However if they touch it the warranty on my roof repairs would be void. Warranty is only good when you can get a hold of the contractor! I ask To AllCare can I get a call back?

  When we discovered that our roof had a leak and nothing we did solved the problem, I was relieved to have an AllCare representative come by and offer a free roof inspection. At first, I was skeptical about their claims of "No-obligation" and "we can get your home a new roof for little to no cost to you," but this is exactly what I experienced! Derek Sewell was the Project Manager that took on our roof. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, a great person to work with. He handled all of our questions with ease and gave us advice on how to handle the dreaded Insurance Claim Process. The installation was done quickly and efficiently; my favorite part was seeing the big hole in the roof decking, which more than explained the leak, and seeing the new decking being installed. We now have a brand new, beautiful roof that's the envy of the neighborhood, and no more leak! Best part of the whole process? There really were no out of pocket costs to me! I highly recommend AllCare General Contractors & Roofing, even to people who think that their roof is too new to have damage. Texas storms can be vicious, but with AllCare working for you, you have nothing to fear.

  Do NOT use AllCare General Contractors for any reason! AllCare DOESN'T CARE about their customer's issues, only their money!! As mentioned in another review, once they cash the insurance check, they cannot be reached, relied upon, or trusted to do the work! My insurance company paid them to repair a leak in my chimney, replace the interior sheet rock around the fireplace, texture and repaint. However, they only scraped the texture off and repainted, then disappeared with the rest of my money!! Now I have not been able to contact them via any means, and I am out $5,000!! They should change their name to DON'T AT ALLCARE! Again, DO NOT hire AllCare for any reason.
