  I recently purchased a home in Mobile, AL in 03/2021. On purchasing the home I was told it had a basically brand new roof installed 06/2020 by All Weather Roofing (Biggler would be the name on the invoice as he was the builder, so please do not infer that I am not a customer as you have done on multiple previous negative reviews). In 08/2021 the roof failed on the backside of my house (see water damage image below). I contacted All Weather because my roof was still under warranty. It took weeks for them to send someone to look at it. The first person did not even get on my roof, he took photos from the ground, and then I was told nothing was wrong with my roof. The second person they sent crawled the roof and reported that multiple nail heads were exposed and that the flashing was installed incorrectly. All Weather still refused to honor their warranty and fix my roof. Meanwhile, multiple other places throughout my home were water damaged (see pictures below). I hired another roofing company who is replacing my roof. On their inspection it was noted that my roof was NOT DONE TO CODE (missing Icy Shield layer, nail heads exposed, flashing installed incorrectly) and NO FINAL INSPECTION was ever performed so it was NOT approved by the Mobile permit department. When they pulled up the old roofing layer it was noted that a significant number of the wooden boards underneath were ROTTEN. With the number of rotten boards and the extent of the rotting that was noted (multiple boards with HOLES IN THEM) it is impossible that it occurred after All Weather installed their roof. Especially if their roof was not faulty as they have told me multiple times. To summarize: All Weather installed a roof that was NOT DONE TO CODE OVER ROTTEN BOARDS and FAILED TO HAVE IT INSPECTED. Furthermore, when their negligently constructed roof failed they did not honor their warranty. My new roof and cost of repairs is totaling ~$10k. Please beware of this company, where the only thing worse than their roof quality is their customer service! Please see pictures below.

  All Weather came recommended to me by a co-worker. My roof needed replaced due to age and hail damage, so I initially contacted Chris Helms to get a quote, etc. Chris was incredibly insightful as he put me on the right track as I handled my insurance claim. He was helpful and professional, guiding me through the entire process. 10+ stars! 🌟 During the setup for the job, he brought in Kendall to make sure I was taken care of prior to, and during the installation. You could tell that she has a lot of experience in the field of roof repair/customer service. 10+ more stars.🌟 The crew that worked on my home were courteous, skilled and professional. They took care of my property, protected my landscaping and finished the ENTIRE job (2800 sq ft home) in one day. Another 10+ stars 🌟 What are we up to now? Like 30+ stars? So... for this review, I gave 5 stars, because that's all Google allows. I'd pick 100 stars if they would let me. By the way, I'm not related to any of these people, nor do I have any vested interest in All Weather Roofing. I had a great experience, so here you go. Somebody down there give Chris and Kendall a raise.

  This roofing company is simply amazing! I reached out to them for a roof inspection and replacement on a Tuesday. During the installation process they provided me consistent updates, including photos! The pricing was extremely fair and came with a warranty. Britt was professional and kind, but most importantly the roof looks way better than it did before. I am extremely pleased with the overall customer service, experience and final product. I highly recommend All Weather Roofing if you’re in need of roofing services.
