The only reason I gave one star is there was no option for zero stars. How can a company be rated 4.4 stars with such bad customer service? I called a week ago to get a estimate on guttering mind you I live two blocks behind the store. No one ever called or showed up. Once again honestly how can you say 4.4 stars with such poor service!

Micah is a good guy. Can be trusted both to do a good job and stand behind it. I would recommend all things exterior.

They have the best prices on siding that I have seen. They get a delivery in twice a week. If you order siding it will be there in 1 or 2 days. Nice people to deal with.

Not sure what Micah's malfunction is. I was new to town and wanted to  support local business, unfortunately I made a mistake by going to All Things Exterior!  I ordered roofing and windows.  At first he tells me the roofing installation will be done mid to late Sept (which was okay as I elaborated on how important the window replacement took priority). He told me the windows will be done July 29th because I wanted to go elsewhere) with his word I ordered and paid for both materials.  After I paid he tells me the roofing will be done on the 29th of July (which was okay for me as well). When I asked, he say's oh no he won't be able to get you in (after he's said we'll squeeze you in) 'till Mid August; Already paid and had no choice but to wait until my busted windows were replaced.
The crew that put the roofing were a good team and did a great job. I had concerns over the roofing material and told him to have this immature/insecure argument. I just ignored his last text to stop the back and forth petty behavior.
So today the window installation process began and not the one's I ordered!!!!!!!! Mine were supposed to have a second security latch on them.  I had to calm down before I could deal with him. I couldn't stand that he thought it was funny when I was frustrated and was laughing when he said "oh, I thought I told you that I had to order different windows as I said on my text" The guy was a total douche bag! When I started elevating my voice he talks about me disrespecting him disregarding the fact he ordered an overpriced item without my approval!!  How in the world is he proud to be in business for over 25 yr's with that careless, total disregard of the customer behavior?  I wouldn't even refer him to my worst enemy. Save your money and tolerance and go elsewhere, he's a slimy businessman.
