  They left a 1inch gap between the drip edge and fascia after installing a new roof. Joel said somebody else must have cut it up but it wasn't obvious before they worked on it. The house was inspected in January. He won't send anyone back to fix it even though I said I'd pay for it. I had another company look at it and tell me the whole edge of the roof is wrong and going to cause rot. It's no surprise that he won't give me the warranty information I'm suppose to get with the roof because he knows its bad.

  We have before and after photos. And I filed your warranty online. Your welcome. The “fascia “ was put on wrong with the wrong drip edge prior to our install. I have sent people out and it’s nothing we had done so we are not touching it. I was also in the hospital last time we spoke and you seemed to understand. As far as customers go if we could go back and not do the job we would have declined it. We also gave you a discount and free wood, again, your welcome.

  Joel was an absolute pleasure to work with! He treats his customers like family. We had him and his crew out to replace our roof due to wind/storm damage. I called him for a quote and he came out that same day. His prices were exceptional. He got the product ordered right away and him and his crew were able to start working on our home within days. They were so fast and efficient and then even cleaned up their mess entirely! I did not find a single nail in our yard! Our new roof looks great and has already been tested through several heavy rainstorms in the last few weeks. We could not be more grateful for Joel and his team for their kindness, responsiveness and level of care. We would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work! Thank you again! Y'all are truly the best!
