  We purchased a house that was contingent on this roof replacement. There are gaps in the flashing where you can see through to the outside and the wood sheathing is touching the gas vent pipe for the water heater. I've contacted the owner Carlos MANY times to get this fixed. He asked me to remind him so I have been for at least a MONTH. When he does answer the phone it's empty promise after empty promise. Would NOT recommend to anyone that needs a roof replacement.
