Super professional and patient, Tom and Shari came out gave an estimate quickly for new siding. With insurance delays they helped give all information needed, once all insurance issues were worked through they can put quickly for installation. Great work highly recommend!

Tom and his crew saved us, we had a flat roof start to leak this past week. I called and Tom had a crew out to my location that same day to patch the roof until we can get it redone. Great, professional company!!

My review is not based on solely the work of this company, but more so on the customer service or lack of. I went with this company based on the words of an employee. I had them come out and give an estimate for gutter replacement. We also needed one piece of fascia replaced on the back side of the house. We were given an estimate via text message from the employee. Her & I then coordinated the date for the work and I was emailed the quote on 5/24/2021. The team showed up @ 7am on 5/28/2021, the day we agreed upon. Before I left for work, I showed the woman that was working with the team the piece of fascia we had to replace the missing piece. She informed us she needed to contact the main office because that was not relayed to them. I came back from work and noticed a partially finished job. The downspouts were not connected and the fascia was still missing. I text the employee with pictures to ask why this was not completed. She stated she was informed by the workers the job was completed. After a few back and forth messages, she stated her boss was informed they needed to buy some things because they did not have the proper connectors for our gutter downspouts. They also stated the fascia was the wrong color(it was not). I'm not sure who, but someone came out the next day to complete the job. On July 6,2021 I received an email invoice. It was to make payment through a generic quick books site. I messaged the employee to ask for an itemized receipt. I did not hear anything until I received a non-dated letter from Cheryl Sveyda. This was dated from the post office on 8/9/2021. It stated they would be sending my account to collections on 8/23/2021 unless payment was made in full. Once again I requested an itemized receipt. I heard nothing until I received a call from a Jeff Grossman out of a Florida collection agency. So a business that wants you to shop local, does not even do so. He stated I had an account in the amount of $3205.00 placed in collections. My balance with this company was $2465.00 which no had no problem paying as long as they could provide an itemized receipt for the work that was done. He was able to provide me with what I had been requesting and I paid him the $2465.00 balance due. The Office manager, Cheryl Sveyda needs to be retrained on how to properly provide the necessary documentation so the company could be paid. There is a process, I will not and do not know many people that will give you $2500 without proper documentation. However, my gutters are fine. And I do love the employees giving 5 stars on here. If they used the service then it would be valid.
